PPP and USB light Blinking Together

I have trouble in my ADSL Router. The brand is Aztech, with code DSL600EU (USB and Ethernet cable).

I don't know what happend in my dsl but the PPP and USB light Blinking Together, and I can't use this router for internet connection.

Some body tell me? Why?
and How to repair that..
